Job Overview :

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to drive the design and implementation of Technology solutions. This role requires expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), API integrations, and enterprise architecture.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining technical strategy, ensuring scalability, and leading full-stack development teams in building advanced systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect Scalable Solutions : Design high-performance, cloud-native architectures for automation and chatbot middleware.

- Technical Leadership : Guide engineering teams on best practices, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

- Cloud Strategy & Optimization : Leverage Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services for system scalability, reliability, and security.

- API Integration & Automation : Build seamless integrations with Workday, Jira, Confluence, and other platforms to automate workflows.

- Middleware & AI Integration : Design middleware solutions for chatbot technology, integrating machine learning-driven services (i.e. Slack interactions).

- Full-Stack Oversight : Ensure smooth interoperability between front-end applications and back-end services, optimizing UI/UX and system performance.

- Security & Compliance : Implement data privacy, role-based access, and compliance measures within HR systems.

- Technical Documentation & Strategy : Define architectural frameworks, create documentation, and support product roadmap decisions.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Experience : 5+ years in technical architecture, enterprise software development, and HR technology solutions.

- Skills : Expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, cloud-based architecture (GCP), and enterprise API integrations.

- Problem-Solving : Ability to design from scratch, ensuring technical sustainability and innovation
