About The Position :

Were looking for a Software Project Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune.

As a fast-growing company transforming 3D engineering software development, were expanding our leadership to support global growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand client requirements and manage expectations.

- Lead project planning, execution, and reporting.

- Oversee SDLC phases : requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

- Fixed Price (FP) projects on time delivery experience.

- Experience on setting KPIs and goals for the team.

- Experience with Agile project execution.

- Experience with tracking Project metrics and creating necessary reports.

- Coordinate team efforts, resolve conflicts, and mentor team members.

- Represent nCircle with a customer-first mindset.

- Support recruitment and business growth.

Requirements :

- 3 to 6 years of experience in project management or related roles.

- Must have SAFe Agile experience.

- Strong technical understanding and ability to manage scope.

- Excellent prioritization, forecasting, and organizational skills.

- Experience managing mid-sized teams and international clients.

- Background in Quality Assurance preferred.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
