About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and passionate CAD Developer with over 5 years of experience to take on the role of CAD Development Lead. In this position, you will drive the design and development of next-generation CAD tools, lead a small team of developers, and play a key role in shaping the future of engineering and design software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and contribute to the design and development of CAD applications using C#.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions.

- Enhance user experience through optimization, performance tuning, and intuitive design.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring code quality and technical excellence.

- Stay updated with emerging CAD technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Requirements :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in CAD software development.

- Strong proficiency in C# and experience with CAD APIs (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar).

- Deep understanding of geometry, modeling, and CAD tool UI/UX design.

- Proven ability to lead technical teams, resolve complex challenges, and deliver high-quality software.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
