NAV India - .Net Backend Developer

Description :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and support implementation and testing.

- Assist development leads in scoping, estimating timelines, and planning deliveries.

- Coordinate with business users for support queries and issue resolution.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Contribute to knowledge transfer (KT) sessions and documentation.

- Support automation and DevOps initiatives to enhance application deployment and monitoring.

- Adapt to evolving priorities and requirements in a dynamic environment.

Educational Qualification : B .E. or B. Tech.

Experience : 4- 7 years.

Work Experience and Skills required :

- API Development : Proven experience in building high-performance server-side APIs using .NET Core.

- String in multithreading, concurrency management and memory management.

- Exposure to web development is added advantage especially using React UI framework.

- Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve production issues effectively.

- Agile Methodology : Passionate about Agile practices and committed to delivering high-quality software with built-in quality standards.

- Database Tools : Hands-on experience with SQL Server and MongoDB.

- Messaging : RabbitMQ.

- Resilience Under Pressure : Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrate focus and commitment during critical phases.

- Linux Proficiency : Working knowledge of Linux environments for development and deployment tasks.

- Additional Technical Exposure : Familiarity with NoSQL databases and caching solutions like Redis and Memcached is a plus.

- Git/TFS experience.
