Role Overview :

As an SRE Application & Production Support lead, you will serve as the guardian of our production environment, ensuring maximum uptime and optimal performance for our core platforms. You will bridge the gap between development and operations, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot complex application issues, automate manual processes, and enhance system reliability. Your work directly impacts the end-user experience by minimizing latency and preventing service disruptions, playing a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our high-stakes production ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead incident response and root cause analysis efforts to resolve complex technical bottlenecks and minimize downtime.

- Implement and maintain advanced monitoring and alerting frameworks to proactively identify system anomalies.

- Collaborate with software development teams to optimize application code and infrastructure configurations for better scalability.

- Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve team efficiency and reduce the risk of human error in deployment cycles.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Proficient in utilizing observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Splunk, and DynaTrace to gain actionable

insights into system health.

- Strong analytical capabilities to diagnose and resolve complex application-level issues in distributed systems.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams during high-pressure incident management scenarios.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, balancing immediate support needs with long-term infrastructure projects.

- Possess 6 to 10 years of professional experience in application support and production reliability roles.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
