Java Production Support Engineer

We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Java coding, Core Java, SQL, UNIX/Linux, and Shell Scripting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting production applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring application stability and availability.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java coding and Core Java

- Good knowledge of Java programming and debugging

- Strong SQL skills, including writing and troubleshooting queries

- Good hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux commands

- Experience in Shell scripting

- Strong experience in Production/Application Support

- Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes, and resolve production issues

- Experience in incident, problem, and issue resolution

- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications.

- Analyze and resolve production incidents and application issues.

- Debug Java code and perform necessary code-level fixes.

- Write and execute SQL queries for issue analysis and data validation.

- Use UNIX/Linux commands for application monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation and support activities.

- Analyze application logs and identify root causes.

- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other technical teams for issue resolution.

- Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.

- Ensure production applications meet availability and stability requirements.
