Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Front End Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience and mandatory expertise in Flutter for cross-platform mobile development. Based in Bengaluru, this role is critical for designing and building consumer-facing healthcare applications (for patients, doctors, and care coordinators). The developer will integrate these apps with backend microservices and APIs, focusing on secure, high-performing, and habit-forming mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Mobile Application Development :

- Design and build high-quality, consumer-facing health apps targeting various user groups (patients, doctors, care coordinators).

- Primarily develop apps using Flutter/Dart for cross-platform deployment, while leveraging foundational knowledge of native frameworks for optimization.

- Ensure the delivery of user-friendly, secure, scalable, and high-performing mobile experiences.

Integration and Technical Implementation :

- Lead the integration of mobile apps with backend microservices, REST APIs, and third-party SDKs (including critical components for chat, video consults, and payments).

- Implement technical solutions with a focus on app security, performance optimization, and crucial offline-first capabilities for reliable healthcare access.

Collaboration and DevOps :

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for mobile to ensure continuous and automated delivery.

Requirements :

- Experience : 4 to 6 years of experience in mobile application development.

- Cross-Platform (Mandatory) : Strong and proven expertise with Flutter/Dart for hybrid app development.

- Native Foundation : Strong foundational knowledge in either native development : Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).

- Technical Mobile Skills : Solid knowledge of mobile development best practices, including app security, performance optimization, and implementing offline-first capabilities.

- DevOps : Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application delivery.

Preferred Skills :

- Direct experience integrating healthcare-specific SDKs (FHIR-based APIs, HIPAA-compliant platforms).

- Experience with state management solutions in Flutter (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).

- Prior experience in the HealthTech or highly regulated industry domain.
