Position Summary :

We're looking for a strong developer to be a part of the core team, and spearhead the development team.

- Design and develop custom, reusable UI components with appealing designs using React.js.

- Build scalable, secure, and efficient REST APIs using Node.js.

- Lead the development team and coordinate project efforts to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.

- Implement test-driven development (TDD) methodologies to ensure code quality.

- Optimize existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.

- Manage the full development lifecycle from concept through deployment and maintenance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Oversee CI/CD practices to streamline application deployment and integration.

- Work with database management systems and support both existing and upcoming applications.

- Contribute to cross-platform development efforts when needed.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.

- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and software engineering principles.

- Hands-on experience with test-driven development and various software design patterns.

- Proven track record of delivering features on time and within budget.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and best practices.

- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
