myHQ is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Software Engineers to join our core engineering team.

In this role, you will work across our suite of products, brainstorming and designing new scalable solutions while ensuring our backend systems are robust, high-performing, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance backend applications.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

- Design architecture and deliver clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature definition, prioritization, and delivery.

- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and smooth deployment cycles.

Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Problem Solving, Data Structures, and Algorithms.

- Solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.

- Hands-on experience with at least one web framework such as Node.js, Django, or Flask.

- Good understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and API design principles.

- Experience working with Relational or NoSQL databases, including data modeling and scalable schema design.

Nice to Have :

- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments.

- Previous experience working in startups or high-growth tech environments.

- Contributions to open-source projects or notable side/hobby projects demonstrating passion for coding
