Job Title : UI/UX Lead Developer Full Stack Exposure

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and experienced UI/UX Lead Developer with strong full stack capabilities to lead the design and development of intuitive, responsive, and scalable web applications. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead UI/UX Design & Development :

- Drive the design and implementation of user-centric interfaces using modern frameworks and design principles.

- Apply UX laws and best practices to create seamless and engaging user experiences.

Full Stack Development :

- Contribute to both frontend and backend development as needed.

Mentorship & Collaboration :

- Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver high-impact features.

Performance & Optimization :

- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-platform compatibility.

Required Technical Skills :

Frontend Technologies :

- JavaScript

- React (Angular is a plus)

- Redux (for state management)

- MUI (Material UI), CSS, HTML

Backend & Integration :

- Exposure to full stack development practices

UX Design Principles :

- Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing

- Proven experience in leading UI/UX projects and delivering scalable web applications.
