Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions. The role involves owning end-to-end integration architecture, guiding development teams, and working closely with business and client stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise and digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end integration architecture using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

- Design scalable, reusable, and secure integration solutions using API-led connectivity (System, Process, and Experience layers).

- Define integration patterns, standards, and best practices across projects.

- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.

- Guide and mentor MuleSoft developers through design reviews, code reviews, and best practices.

- Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, performant, and maintainable integrations.

- Resolve complex technical challenges and drive root-cause analysis for integration issues.

- Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security are met.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Work closely with project managers to manage timelines, dependencies, and risks.

- Act as the technical point of contact for clients, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and technical presentations when required.

- Oversee MuleSoft platform components including Runtime Manager, API Manager, Anypoint Studio, Exchange, and Monitoring.

- Ensure effective deployment strategies across CloudHub, hybrid, or on-prem environments.

- Drive operational excellence, monitoring, and continuous improvement of integration platforms.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and enterprise integration architecture.

- Proven experience designing API-led connectivity solutions.

- Strong background in software development, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and messaging patterns.

- Experience with integration security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, certificates, encryption).

- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and DevOps practices.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Nice to Have :

- MuleSoft certifications (Integration Architect / Platform Architect).

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Exposure to enterprise domains such as Banking, Healthcare, or eCommerce.

- Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery models.
