About the Role :

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our team in Pune. This is a hybrid role, combining remote and in-office work. You'll play a crucial part in implementing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our clients, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.

A key part of this role involves utilizing your expertise with TOSCA automation to streamline testing processes and ensure the quality and reliability of our Dynamics CRM implementations. Responsibilities :

- Consulting & Analysis : Engage with business users to understand, document, and analyze their requirements for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

- Solution Design : Translate business requirements into a functional design, configuring the Dynamics 365 platform to meet specific needs.

- Team Collaboration : Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development team, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of project requirements.

- Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user guides. Secure client sign-off on all documentation.

- Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop user acceptance criteria, test cases, and test scenarios. Utilize your TOSCA expertise to automate testing processes and ensure the solution meets all requirements.

- Reporting : Create and manage reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) to provide meaningful insights to clients.

- Project Methodology : Work within Agile or Waterfall project frameworks, adapting to the specific needs of each project.

- User Support & Training : Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to address user questions and ensure successful adoption of the new system.

Qualifications :

- Experience : A minimum of 4-8 years of experience as a functional consultant.

- Dynamics CRM : At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or Dynamics CRM 2016/2015).

- TOSCA : Minimum 2 years of experience with TOSCA automation for testing.

- Module Expertise : Strong functional knowledge of the MS Dynamics CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

- Reporting Skills : Proven experience with SSRS reporting services.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
