Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect / Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE / CRM) and the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with in-depth knowledge of C#, JavaScript, and plugin/custom workflow development.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and delivering robust enterprise-grade solutions for global clients as part of Deloitte Indias Digital Transformation team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) solutions.

- Architect and develop scalable and reusable components using Dynamics 365 SDK, plugins, workflows, and custom integrations.

- Design and develop Power Platform solutions including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders to define solution architecture and integration strategies.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Lead technical discussions, estimations, sprint planning, and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure services, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party connectors.

- Prepare technical documentation including solution design documents, deployment guides, and architecture diagrams.
