Hiring : Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to lead the design of enterprise scale Customer Service solutions using D365, Power Platform, and Dataverse.

Location : Chennai / Hyderabad

Hybrid : 3 days onsite per week

What Youll Do :

- Architect end to-end solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Service

- Design scalable Dataverse models, security, and governance

- Lead integrations with contact center platforms (Omnichannel, Genesys, LiveVox, Five9, etc.)

- Enable voice/chat/email channel integration & CTI capabilities

- Drive solutions using D365 Insights, analytics, and Power BI

- Lead integration patterns using Power Automate, Azure, GCP, API Mgmt

- Guide ALM, best practices, and mentor development teams

What Were Looking For :

- 10 - 14 yrs overall experience, with 5+ yrs in leadership

- Deep expertise in D365 Customer Service & Power Platform

- Strong Dataverse architecture & security knowledge

- Proven experience with contact center + D365 integrations

- Hands on experience with Azure integrations & REST APIs

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
