Role Overview :

The D365 Project Manager will lead delivery of a multi-entity Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations programme, ensuring timely, compliant, and innovative execution. This role requires strong leadership, global delivery experience, and the ability to manage complex integrations and stakeholder expectations across geographies. The PM will champion automation in governance, drive change management, and ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of D365 F&O projects across 30 entities, ensuring alignment with global standards.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including overarching delivery and cutover strategies.

- Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively across multiple workstreams.

- Coordinate with global teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration and data migration.

- Drive automation in project governance and reporting using Power Platform and Azure DevOps dashboards.

- Drive the integration between D365 and legacy systems by ensuring a solid understanding of business process flow and any changes required for new ways of working, desired processes, and necessary changes required for migration to the new systems architecture.

- Support the creation of test scripts, automated regression testing, and management of triage / defect management within UAT.

- Support transition to BAU for local business units and central teams.

- Ensure compliance with SOX, data privacy, and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

- Lead change management initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption strategies.

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.

- Mentor junior PMs and promote best practices in project management and ERP delivery.

Desired Qualifications & Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in project management of large-scale ERP implementations, preferably D365 F&O.

- Proven experience in global rollouts and multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

- Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong understanding of financial systems, integrations, and Azure services.

- Strong knowledge of finance processes.

- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (i.e. MS Project, planner, Azure DevOps).

- Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

- Experience in change management and driving user adoption.

- Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Microsoft updates and PM best practices.
