MS Dynamics 365 Developer - Power Platform

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft M365 Developer with strong specialization in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) and hands-on experience across the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be capable of designing scalable low-code and pro-code enterprise solutions, integrating M365 workloads seamlessly, and driving automation and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform :

1. Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)

2. Power Automate (Cloud Flows / Process Automation)

3. Power BI (Dashboards & Reporting)

4. Dataverse (Data Model & Security Roles)

- Build and integrate Power Platform applications with SharePoint Online, MS Teams, SQL, Dataverse, and Graph APIs

- Develop Teams applications, bots and extensions leveraging Power Platform & Microsoft 365 services

- Build custom connectors, plug-ins and extensions using Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and REST APIs when required

- Implement governance, security, and compliance using Entra and Purview frameworks

- Debug and enhance existing Power Platform / M365 solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability

- Participate in end-to-end SDLC requirement gathering, build, testing, deployment, documentation, and post-production support

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into low-code / pro-code applications

- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 Collaboration suite :

- Proficiency in core programming and scripting, including SQL & PowerShell

- Experience working with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, Webhooks, XML/JSON

- Strong understanding of development lifecycle, debugging, ALM & CI/CD for Power Platform

Good to Have :

- Experience with AI Builder / Copilot Studio / Generative AI + Power Platform

- Experience building PCF controls, plug-ins, Azure functions, or other extensions

- Familiarity with dashboard tooling Power BI or Tableau

- Exposure to Azure DevOps / GitHub for ALM pipelines
