We're looking for a Dynamics 365 Developer (Contract) to take technical ownership of D365 solutions

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Developer with a strong background in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and/or F&O to support our transformation program. The developer will take technical ownership of solution design, customization, and integration of D365 across multiple functions. The role involves working collaboratively with technical teams, functional consultants, and stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable, and business-aligned D365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and/or Finance & Operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

- Build and customize entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins using D365 best practices.

- Utilize Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dataverse to extend and integrate D365 capabilities.

- Develop integrations using REST APIs, C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Maintain technical documentation, code versioning (using Azure DevOps), and ensure CI/CD pipelines are correctly configured.

- Work within Agile delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported problems in

production and staging environments.

- Ensure D365 solutions meet security, compliance, and scalability standards aligned with business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5- 8 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and/or F&O.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and customization of D365 components.

- Experience working with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipeline setup.

- Knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, and external system integrations.

- Experience with Agile methodologies, preferably in cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills for interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
