Engineering Head / Tech Lead (React + Node.js+React Native)

MrPropTek is building the future of real estate technology. We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Head / Tech Lead to drive our tech strategy and lead the development of scalable web applications across frontend and backend using React and Node.js.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers

- Architect and build scalable, high-performance applications

- Drive end-to-end development using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend)

- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align on priorities

- Enforce code quality, best practices, and agile processes

- Oversee deployment, performance, and security of systems

Requirements :

- 7+ years in software development; 3+ years in a tech lead or engineering management role

- Deep expertise in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript

- Experience with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and databases (SQL/NoSQL)

- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

- Startup or fast-paced team experience preferred
