Your Opportunity :

We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer Integration to join our Technology team in Bengaluru.

In this role, you will work on our AI-powered Mobile Cloud Platform, collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and system teams to enhance and scale the core Movius platform.

As a senior technical leader, you will mentor other engineers, guide architectural decisions, and help build a culture of quality and innovation.

You will also lead efforts to reduce technical debt, improve reliability, and set high engineering standards across the team.

What Youll Do :

- Design and build scalable, high-availability backend systems.

- Develop and maintain core backend services using Golang, Python, or Node.js.

- Write clean, efficient, and secure code aligned with microservices architecture.

- Provide technical leadership - mentor developers, review code, and promote best practices.

- Ensure quality through automated testing and secure coding standards.

- Identify and lead initiatives to reduce technical debt and improve system performance.

- Own the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment using modern CI/CD pipelines.

- Communicate technical decisions, progress, and challenges clearly to distributed teams and leaders.

- Collaborate with Product and Systems Engineering teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

What You Bring :

- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience focused on backend systems and architecture.

- Deep experience in Golang, Python, or Node.js.

- Proven track record in designing and managing large-scale distributed systems.

- Strong understanding of microservices, cloud-native systems, and distributed computing patterns.

- Experience mentoring engineers and leading complex, cross-functional projects.

- A strong focus on quality, testing, and continuous improvement.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and cloud platforms.

- Expertise in debugging and resolving production-level technical issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
