What You Will Do :

As a Java Developer, you will :

- Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and maintain the microservices that power the backend services of WorkInSync SaaS products.

- Ensure that services meet both functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecyclefrom understanding requirements and designing solutions to delivering high-quality, production-ready products.

Key Qualifications :

- 1+ years of software development experience in Java and the Spring Framework (preferably Spring Boot), RESTful API implementation, and microservices development.

- Proficiency in SQL databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Prior experience leading a team of software engineers.

- Strong computer science fundamentals and Java expertise.

- Proven track record in delivering scalable, highly available business-critical applications.

- Ability to design and implement applications with low latency and high throughput.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with AWS services.

- Experience with NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or DynamoDB.

- Knowledge of messaging systems like ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.

- Knowledge of caching systems like Redis or Memcached.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
