Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly capable Full Stack Engineer (Golang) who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate will bring strong backend expertise in Golang along with solid hands-on experience in modern frontend frameworks.

This role requires working across the full stackdesigning robust microservices, building responsive user interfaces, and contributing to event-driven, distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Golang

- Architect and build scalable microservices with clean, maintainable code

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend applications

- Leverage Golang concurrency features (goroutines, channels) for optimized performance

- Implement event-driven and message-driven architectures using tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ

- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js

- Ensure smooth frontendbackend integration and optimal application responsiveness

- Follow UI/UX best practices and collaborate closely with design teams

- Ensure application performance, reliability, and cross-browser compatibility

- Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features

- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices

- Continuously explore and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and development methodologies

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Golang

- Strong proficiency in React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js

- Solid understanding of event-driven and message-driven systems

- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend systems

- Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and/or Redis

- Knowledge of network programming is an added advantage

- Proficiency with Git and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills
