About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.

This role requires strong expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on delivering robust, efficient, and user-centric digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop modern, responsive front-end interfaces using Next.js and contemporary JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

- Build, maintain, and optimize back-end applications and APIs using PHP (Laravel) and/or other backend technologies.

- Architect and manage databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ensuring efficient schema design, querying, and performance tuning.

- Integrate third-party APIs and external services as required.

- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to convert wireframes and design prototypes into functional, high-quality interfaces.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.

- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability across all layers.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 24 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with extensive experience in Next.js.

- Solid back-end development experience in Node.js/Express, PHP (Laravel), or Python/Django.

- Strong understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases and their performance considerations.

- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks such as Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.

- Experience with WordPress or other CMS-based development environments is a plus.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
