Monocept - Technical Lead/Senior Technical Lead - Java

Role Overview :

Technical Leadership :

- Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews.

- Drive adoption of microservices, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.

Solution & Architecture :

- Evaluate and implement design patterns, scalability, and performance optimizations.

- Ensure application security, robustness, and adherence to industry standards.

Team Management & Delivery :

- Ensure timely delivery of sprints with high quality and efficiency.

- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile environment.

Requirements :

- Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, schema design, and query optimization.

- Good exposure to design patterns, OOPS, and enterprise architecture principles.

- Knowledge of performance tuning, memory management, and security best practices.

- Proven leadership experience in managing engineering teams.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
