Key Responsibilities:

- Design, install, configure, and manage MongoDB Enterprise clusters using Ops Manager

- Deploy and operate Replica Sets and Sharded Clusters via Ops Manager

- Manage backup, restore, point-in-time recovery (PITR) using Ops Manager

- Perform performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization

- Implement enterprise security:

1. TLS/SSL

2. Authentication & RBAC

3. Encryption at rest & in transit

- Configure monitoring, alerts, and dashboards in Ops Manager

- Perform production troubleshooting and root cause analysis

- Work with DevOps teams to automate MongoDB provisioning and upgrades

Mandatory Skills:

- 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB Enterprise (Production)

- Strong hands-on with MongoDB Ops Manager:

1. Cluster provisioning

2. Backup & PITR

3. Monitoring & alerting

4. Rolling upgrades

- Experience with:

1. Replication & Sharding

2. Performance tuning

3. DR/Failover

- Experience in Banking/Financial domain
