Role Overview :

As a Senior MongoDB Developer, you will serve as a technical authority for high-performance database architecture in our Hyderabad office.

You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to design, optimize, and maintain complex data models that support mission-critical applications.

Your contribution will directly influence system scalability and data integrity, ensuring that our clients can handle massive throughput while maintaining low-latency performance for their end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement high-availability MongoDB clusters to ensure seamless data accessibility and system uptime for enterprise-grade applications.

- Develop and optimize complex database queries and aggregation pipelines to improve application response times and resource efficiency.

- Configure and manage MongoDB replication and sharding strategies to support horizontal scaling and disaster recovery requirements.

- Collaborate with Java and Python backend developers to integrate database layers with application logic, ensuring robust data persistence and retrieval.

- Perform regular performance tuning and capacity planning to proactively address bottlenecks and support growing data volumes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and managing large-scale MongoDB deployments with a deep understanding of replication, sharding, and indexing strategies.

- Proficiency in developing backend services using Java and Python, with the ability to write efficient code that interacts seamlessly with NoSQL databases.

- Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot complex database issues and implement automated solutions for performance monitoring.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively translate technical database constraints into actionable insights for stakeholders and engineering teams.

- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site work environment in Hyderabad, maintaining high standards of code quality and architectural documentation.

- A minimum of 7 - 12 years of professional experience in database development and backend engineering, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
