MongoDB Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced MongoDB Developer with 7- 9 years of hands-on expertise to join our growing team. This role requires deep knowledge of MongoDB (including certification) and exposure to MongoDB Atlas (Cloud) or a willingness to quickly upskill in Atlas.

Location : Pan-India (Preferred: Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable MongoDB databases and applications.

- Optimize queries, indexes, and performance for high-volume environments.

- Implement MongoDB Atlas solutions including deployment, monitoring, and security.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, and cloud teams) to deliver robust data solutions.

- Troubleshoot database issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.

- Stay updated with MongoDB advancements and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7- 9 years of overall experience in database development (must have minimum 7 years).

- MongoDB Certified Developer mandatory.

- Strong experience with MongoDB Atlas or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

- Proficiency in data modeling, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with schema design, replication, and sharding.

- Experience with REST APIs, integration with application frameworks, and cloud-based deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of DevOps tools for CI/CD and automated deployments.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in the context of MongoDB deployments.

Notice Period : Immediate to 60 days (immediate joiners preferred).

Availability : Candidates must be able to join within the specified timeframe.
