We are seeking a skilled MongoDB Database Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our MongoDB environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas, clustering, and database performance tuning, along with a strong understanding of NoSQL databases and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain MongoDB databases using MongoDB Atlas

- Implement and manage clustering and sharding strategies for scalability

- Perform routine database maintenance tasks including backups, indexing, and optimization

- Monitor database performance to ensure high availability and reliability

- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently

- Assist in database design, including schema and indexing strategies

- Ensure data security and implement robust recovery plans

- Collaborate with development teams to optimize queries and improve performance

- Maintain proper documentation of database environments and processes

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas (Mandatory)

- Strong experience in clustering and sharding

- Solid understanding of database performance tuning and monitoring

- Experience with Linux/Unix environments

- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, and security best practices

- Familiarity with other NoSQL databases

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
