- Full Lifecycle Contribution : Work on both building new applications/modules from the ground up as well as debugging, enhancing, and upgrading existing applications to meet evolving business needs.

- Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Contribute significantly as an individual technical expert and mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Ensure the development of clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and design patterns.

Required Skill Set :

- Excellent knowledge of Core Java, J2EE, and XML.

- Proven experience working on Spring and Hibernate frameworks.

- Proficiency in MySQL or any other Relational Database Management Tool (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL Server).

- Exposure to any one of the major Application Servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic).

- Solid understanding and practical application of Design Patterns.

- Good analytical skills to diagnose problems and propose effective solutions.

- Self-driven and a strong team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
