Moder - Senior Data Analyst - Tableau/Power BI

Work shift - 3 pm -12 am IST (To & Fro cab available)

Job Overview :

This role is ideal for a highly analytical individual who excels in SQL-driven data modeling, dashboard development, and leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate development and improve data quality.

The Senior Data Analyst will report to the Manager of Growth Analytics and work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and other Growth functions.

This individual will translate business needs into intuitive, reliable dashboards and insights, while proactively identifying opportunities to improve data accessibility, consistency, and decision-making.

Job Functions :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions to support Growth stakeholders.

- Write and optimize complex SQL queries to transform and model data for analytics and reporting use cases.

- Conduct ad hoc data analysis to answer business questions, uncover insights, and support decision-making.

- Leverage R for scripting, analysis, and reporting, particularly for exploratory analysis and deeper analytical needs.

- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor, LLMs) to accelerate development, improve code quality, and enhance data validation processes.

Partner with stakeholders across Growth (Marketing, Sales, etc.) to :

- Understand business needs and translate them into data solutions

- Define and standardize key performance metrics

- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards and analysis

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a centralized analytics code repository and best practices (e.g., version control, documentation).

- Collaborate with analytics team members to ensure consistent, scalable, and well-documented reporting solutions.

Skill Requirements :

- Experience in the following languages and tools: R/RStudio, SQL, Salesforce , Google Analytics, any ETL tool.

- Ability to speak, read, write and edit proficiently in US business English.

- Experience delivering high quality analysis to business stakeholders.

- Experience building dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).

- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar) for coding,

debugging, and data validation.

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with the broader team.

- Able to work within team project management system (Wrike).

- Comfortable with aggressive deadlines and shifting priorities
