About the Role :
Key Responsibilities :
- Support, maintain, and optimize integrations using the SnapLogic platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve web services issues involving REST and SOAP APIs.
- Assist in the management and monitoring of cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Diagnose and resolve networking issues, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and related protocols.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to quickly resolve incidents and service requests.
- Document support processes, solutions, and maintain technical knowledge base articles.
- Monitor systems proactively to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with the SnapLogic integration platform preferred.
- Proficient with RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
