About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on Solution Architect with deep expertise in Vue.js who can architect, scale, and lead the frontend and overall solution design for a product-driven, global platform.

This is a high-ownership role that blends technical architecture, product thinking, and leadership. You will work closely with US-based stakeholders to translate product vision into scalable, high-performance solutions, while guiding engineering teams and setting long-term technical direction.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Product Ownership :

- Own and define the end-to-end solution architecture across frontend and backend systems.

- Translate business and product requirements into scalable, maintainable, and future-ready architectures.

- Drive architectural decisions with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Act as the technical owner of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment between engineering and business goals.

Hands-On Development & Technical Leadership :

- Architect and implement modern Vue.js-based frontend systems, including transformation and modernization of legacy Twig templates.

- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

- Perform code and design reviews to ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable solutions.

- Mentor and guide developers, providing technical direction and architectural clarity.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and US-based clients.

- Lead architecture reviews, technical discussions, and design workshops.

- Clearly communicate technical trade-offs, risks, and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ensure technical execution remains aligned with product priorities and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of professional software development experience.

- Strong, hands-on expertise in Vue.js and component-driven frontend architecture.

- Working knowledge of Twig templates and server-rendered UI integration.

- Experience integrating frontend applications with backend systems using REST and/or GraphQL APIs.

- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive UI design principles.

- Hands-on experience with MySQL, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments.

- Proven experience working with US-based teams or clients.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to architect and scale product-based applications (not purely project-based).

Good to Have :

- Experience with API-first architecture, microservices, and containerized deployments.

- Background in SaaS platforms, enterprise products, or e-commerce systems.

- Exposure to frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.
