Role Overview :

We are seeking a Senior Technical Architect - Java/J2EE to join our Mumbai-based team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing robust enterprise-level solutions, guiding software development teams, and leading architecture consulting for client projects. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end enterprise solutions using Java/J2EE technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.

- Define and implement integration and deployment strategies for complex systems.

- Lead and mentor development teams through technical challenges and code reviews.

- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards across all platforms.

- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of systems.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies to ensure future-readiness of solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

- Proven experience in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Software Development.

- Strong client consulting and stakeholder management skills.

- Expertise in Java/J2EE technologies and architectural frameworks.

- Hands-on experience in designing integration strategies and managing full lifecycle deployments.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented on-site environment.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
