We are looking for a hands-on mobile engineer excited to build applications that will be used directly on factory floors by operators, supervisors, quality teams, and more.

What Youll Do :

- Architect and develop mobile applications (Android-first; Cross-platform preferred).

- Build fast, smooth, and highly reliable UIs optimized for varied factory environments.

- Integrate with backend systems, APIs, and real-time data flows.

- Implement offline-first capabilities and sync logic for low-network scenarios.

- Rapid-prototype new features and turn them into production-ready, scalable solutions.

- Ensure high performance, security, and stability of apps used daily by operators and managers.

What Were Looking For :

- 3+ years of experience building and shipping Android apps (Kotlin or Java).

- Experience with Flutter/React Native or cross-platform frameworks.

- Strong understanding of mobile architectures.

- Ability to design user flows from scratch, especially for complex operational apps.

- Experience working in fast-paced environments or early-stage product teams.

- Problem-solving mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to iterate quickly.

- Curious, hands-on engineer wanting to build high-usage apps that directly impact operations.

Bonus Points

- Have built apps with real-time data or streaming APIs.

- Experience integrating AI/LLM services into mobile flows.

- Contributions to open-source tooling.

- Prior startup experience or the ability to operate autonomously.
