Mobile Architect - Android Platform

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Architect to lead the design and development of high-performance mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across React Native, Java, and Android, along with solid architectural experience in building scalable, secure, and robust mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade mobile applications.

- Define technical standards, best practices, and architecture frameworks for mobile development.

- Collaborate with product managers, UX teams, and engineering leaders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Drive end-to-end mobile application lifecycle from concept and design to development, testing, deployment, and optimization.

- Review code, ensure adherence to quality standards, and provide technical mentorship to development teams.

- Guide technology decisions related to mobile frameworks, performance optimization, and integration patterns.

- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and reliability expectations.

- Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong expertise in mobile technologies.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.

- 10+ years of experience in Java and Android development.

- 4+ years of proven experience as a Mobile Architect delivering complex mobile solutions.

- Strong understanding of mobile design principles, UI/UX standards, and performance optimization.

- Experience integrating mobile applications with backend services using REST APIs, GraphQL, etc.

- Deep knowledge of mobile app security, debugging, profiling, and release processes.

- Proficiency in architectural patterns such as MVVM, MVC, Clean Architecture, etc.

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and influence technical decision-making.

Good to Have :

- Experience with iOS development or cross-platform technologies.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.

- Experience with automated testing frameworks and mobile DevOps practices
