- Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart

- Ability to build high-performance, responsive mobile applications using Flutter framework.

- Deep understanding of Dart language features like async programming, OOPS, widgets, and architecture patterns.

- Experience in building cross-platform Android/iOS applications

- Hands-on experience developing apps that run smoothly on both Android and iOS with platform-specific adaptations when required.

- Knowledge of platform channels and native integrations (Kotlin/Swift) is an added advantage.

- Integration with REST APIs / JSON, authentication mechanisms

- Proficient in working with API endpoints, data serialization/deserialization, and secure authentication methods such as OAuth, JWT, and Firebase Authentication.

- Experience with state management frameworks (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, MobX)

- Strong understanding of state management concepts and ability to select the right architecture based on project requirements.

- Familiarity with MVVM, Clean Architecture, or Redux patterns is preferred.

- Experience with app deployment on Google Play Store & Apple App Store

- Ability to manage the full deployment cycle including app signing, bundle preparation, TestFlight setup, and handling release updates and compliance requirements.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Firebase services, push notifications

- Experience working with automated build pipelines (Bitrise, GitHub Actions, Codemagic, etc.) to streamline development and release.

- Proficient in Firebase tools such as Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config, Dynamic Links, and FCM for push notifications.
