Truva is hiring a Mobile App Developer to build high-impact, product-first mobile applications that redefine how people buy and sell homes in India. You will work closely with the CTO and founders, contributing directly to core consumer, AI-powered, and partner-facing mobile products. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving startup environment where speed, quality, and user experience matter.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications

- Work closely with the CTO, founders, product managers, and designers to shape product direction

- Own features end-to-endfrom ideation to production release

- Build scalable, maintainable, and performance-optimized mobile solutions

- Rapidly ship features and iterate based on user and business feedback

- Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs, third-party services, and analytics tools

- Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve personal and team productivity

- Ensure application reliability, security, and best-in-class user experience

Products You Will Work On :

- Truva Customer App : Consumer-facing app for buying and selling homes

- AI Sales Assistant App : AI-powered mobile app acting as a copilot for sales and acquisition teams

- TruPartners App : Indias only mobile platform for real estate agents and developers

Required Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in mobile app development within product-driven companies

- Strong collaboration skills to work with product, design, and business stakeholders

- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following : Android (Kotlin / Java) iOS (Swift) Cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter, or similar)

- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, performance, and UX best practices

- Experience consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party SDKs AI-first mindset with interest in AI-powered products and workflows

Preferred Skills :

- Experience building consumer-facing mobile apps Startup or early-stage company exposure

- Familiarity with AI/ML-driven features or analytics tools

- Experience owning apps from development to production
