We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our team, which is building a next-generation digital engagement platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and jQuery, with a proven ability to build user interfaces using custom design systems.

This role is a key part of our small Scrum team, focused on the integration of our advanced outbound communication solution, Aqua, into our digital ecosystem. You will work within a modern GCP stack, collaborating with a global team to deliver high-impact features for industries like healthcare and finance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Frontend Development : Develop and maintain front-end components for our platform's user-facing features using React, JavaScript, and jQuery. You will be responsible for implementing user interfaces that adhere to the company's in-house design system.

- Feature Implementation : Implement critical features for outbound solutions, including appointment reminders, test results sharing, marketing campaigns, and real-time user engagement tracking.

- API Integration : Work with RESTful APIs and an asynchronous architecture to ensure seamless communication between the frontend and a Java Spring Boot backend. You will participate in API-level and agent-level enhancements, including compliance checks and message sending logic.

- GCP Environment : Collaborate within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, utilizing services such as Datastore, BigQuery, GCS Buckets, and Pub/Sub to build scalable and high-performance applications.

- Agile Collaboration : Work closely with backend and full-stack developers in a small Scrum team. You will be comfortable collaborating across time zones with an international team, specifically ensuring sufficient overlap with the digital team in Australia for effective communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of professional experience with React, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Proven experience in building user interfaces with custom design systems.

- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Datastore, BigQuery, GCS Buckets, and Pub/Sub is highly preferred.

- Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous architecture.

- Comfortable collaborating in a small Scrum team with cross-functional roles.

- Experience or willingness to learn about integrations related to SMS, email, and WhatsApp channels.

- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate time zone differences for international collaboration.
