About the Role :

The role will focus on building robust ETL/ELT pipelines, enabling data migration, and ensuring high-quality data flows across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement ETL/ELT pipelines for cloud and on-premise data sources.

- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Optimize performance of data integration jobs, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and quality checks using IDMC Data Quality components.

- Develop reusable mappings, tasks, and templates aligned with best practices.

- Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance.

- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are followed.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in Data Integration with at least 1 - 2 years on Informatica IDMC (IICS/CDI).

- Strong expertise in ETL/ELT design, data mapping, and transformation logic.

- Hands-on experience with IDMC modules : Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), Data Quality (DQ).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and working with cloud-native data sources (S3, ADLS, BigQuery, Redshift, Synapse, etc.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML for application integration.

- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational & cloud-native databases.

- Familiarity with Agile development and CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.

Nice-to-Have :

- Exposure to Informatica MDM, Axon, or Enterprise Data Catalog.

- Experience with Python, Spark, or other scripting languages for data transformation.

- Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data security practices.
