Job Description:

- 8 years of experience in Middleware/Application Production Support on Linux and Windows environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apache HTTPD, Tomcat, IIS, IBM Liberty, JBoss, WAS, WLS, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.

- Experience in incident, change, and problem management with strong understanding of ITIL practices.

- Hands-on scripting experience using Bash, Shell, Python, or similar scripting languages.

- Ability to analyze logs, JVM performance, thread dumps, and identify root causes independently.

- Hands on experience with AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, and other observability tools for monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Demonstrates strong communication skills with the ability to contribute effectively to RCA discussions and proactive problem-prevention initiatives.

- Knowledge of Ansible and OCP (OpenShift Container Platform) environments, including configuration, deployment, and operational workflows.

- Exposure to Ansible for configuration automation and familiarity with UCD/Harness deployments.
