Microstrategy Developer

Job description :

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MicroStrategy Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy development, with a strong grasp of BI architecture, data modeling, and dashboard/report creation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that empower strategic decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and documents.

- Collaborate with business users and analysts to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

- Develop and optimize data models, schemas, and cubes to support reporting needs.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across all MicroStrategy applications.

- Work with data engineers and DBAs to integrate data from various sources.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance, data discrepancies, and system errors.

- Maintain documentation for BI solutions, including technical specifications and user guides.

- Stay updated with the latest MicroStrategy features and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of experience in MicroStrategy development.

- Strong understanding of BI architecture, data warehousing, and data modeling concepts.

- Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards, visualizations, and custom reports.

- Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
