Job Title : M365 Support Specialist
Experience : 5+ Years
Location : Pune
Reporting To : Department Head
Role Summary :
- The M365 Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced support and administration of Microsoft 365 applications and cloud infrastructure.
- The role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, security, compliance, and availability of M365 and Azure services while supporting users and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure.
- Manage users, licenses, security groups, and policies across M365 and Azure.
- Administer and optimize Exchange Online (mail flow, mailbox management, security, and retention).
- Manage Azure identity, access, security monitoring, and compliance related to M365.
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
- Configure and support SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Ensure cloud security and compliance best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Train IT teams and key users on M365 and Azure best practices.
- Work in 24x5 shifts or as required.
Key Skills & Experience :
- Strong experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure administration.
- Expertise in Exchange Online and cloud infrastructure support.
- Hands-on experience with user, license, and security management.
- PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience supporting global IT environments is an advantage.
