Mandatory Skills : SQL, Power BI (DAX calculation), Power Apps, Data modelling, along with AWS Cloud Experience Power automate

Required Skills :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual reporting development, including hands-on development of analytics dashboards and working with complex data sets.

- Minimum of 3years of Power BI development experience / SQL Server expertise

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills / Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and performance tuning within Power BI.

- Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL Server, Excel, and cloud-based platforms.

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reporting solutions.

- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and present findings to business leaders.

- Document processes, data flows, and dashboard logic for transparency and scalability.

- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and BI best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

- 5-6 years of experience in BI and reporting roles.

- Expertise in Power BI-including Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.

- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

- Exposure with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.

- Familiarity with tools like SSIS, SSRS, or Azure Data Factory is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
