About the Role :

Youll be building the future of analytics by integrating Microsoft Copilot across Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365 enabling automation, insights, and intelligent workflows that redefine business performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that power business decision-making.

- Build and manage Copilot Agents to automate analytical and reporting workflows.

- Use Microsoft Copilot for Power BI, Excel, and Microsoft 365 to generate insights, narratives, and task automation.

- Collaborate with business users to turn data needs into intelligent, actionable outputs.

- Optimize data pipelines and analytics processes for performance and scalability.

- Ensure data quality, governance, and lineage across multiple systems.

- Enable teams to use Copilot Agents effectively through training and support.

Core Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years as a Data Analyst / BI Analyst in complex enterprise settings.

- Hands-on experience developing or configuring Microsoft Copilot Agents for analytics and automation.

- Strong Power BI expertise (DAX, Data Modelling, Report Optimization).

- Advanced Excel proficiency with Copilot, Power Query & automation workflows.

- Familiarity with Azure Data Platform (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, or Data Lake).

- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement skills.
