About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Microsoft 365 Implementation Administrator to join our IT infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing Microsoft 365 services across enterprise environments. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation, high system availability, and exceptional end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
- Configure security, compliance, identity, and device management features in accordance with enterprise IT standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define M365 deployment strategies and migration plans.
- Perform system health checks, monitor service performance, and implement continuous improvements to optimize service delivery.
- Troubleshoot escalated incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions with minimal disruption.
- Ensure user adoption through training, documentation, and proactive support, aligning technology with business needs.
- Provide technical leadership during implementation cycles and support operational handover post-deployment.
Required Qualifications & Skills :
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 implementation, configuration, and support.
- Proven track record in deploying M365 services across mid to large-scale environments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and modern authentication protocols.
- Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams administration, SharePoint Online, and endpoint management.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on service quality and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).
