Key Responsibilities:

1. Microsoft 365 Platform Management:

- Lead the administration and continual improvement of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Apps, Microsoft Forms, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Loop, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform.

2. Digital Workplace Strategy:

- Develop and implement the Microsoft 365 roadmap.

- Define collaboration standards across the business.

- Establish governance for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.

- Improve document management and knowledge sharing.

- Promote secure and effective collaboration across all locations.

3. Microsoft Teams:

- Lead the governance and administration of team creation and lifecycle, team templates, permissions, guest access, meetings and webinars, Town Halls, Teams Rooms, collaboration standards, and user adoption.

4. SharePoint Online:

- Manage and support department sites, project sites, document libraries, permissions, information architecture, metadata, version control, document lifecycle, and search optimisation.

5. OneDrive:

- Manage user onboarding, file synchronisation, file sharing, file recovery, storage management, and user guidance and best practices.

6. Exchange Online:

- Support and administer mailbox management, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, mail flow, calendar permissions, and Microsoft Outlook integration.

7. Governance & Adoption:

- Develop Microsoft 365 governance standards.

- Create user adoption and communication plans.

- Deliver user training and awareness sessions.

- Build knowledge articles and user guides.

- Promote best practices across the business.

- Measure platform adoption and user engagement.

8. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Work closely with business leaders to understand collaboration requirements.

- Partner with Infrastructure, Security and EUC teams on Microsoft 365 initiatives.

- Provide technical guidance for new Microsoft technologies.

- Support Microsoft 365 projects and business transformation initiatives.

What We Are Looking For:

1. Essential:

- 812 years' experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.

- Experience leading Microsoft 365 implementations or transformation programmes.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive.

- Experience developing governance frameworks and adoption programmes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience supporting enterprise users in a multinational environment.

2. Technical Skills:

- Hands on experience on Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365 Administration, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Copilot, and PowerShell.

About This Role:

The M365 & Digital Workplace Manager will lead the design, implementation, governance and adoption of Microsoft 365 services across GlobalStep. The role combines technical leadership with business engagement to improve collaboration, document management and employee productivity. Working closely with Infrastructure, Security and End User Computing teams, you will establish Microsoft 365 as the standard platform for communication, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
