Experience Required : 5+.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in related technology/Skills.
- Good knowledge on Intune Microsoft Teams OneDrive.
- Good in spoken and written communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain Office 365 and SCCM environments.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide support and training to end-users.
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection policies.
- Document configurations and processes.
- Stay updated with Office 365 and SCCM updates and best practices.
- Provide Office 365 / Exchange and Windows / Active Directory support.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Exchange Server, mail flow, mailbox permissions, Outlook, and database performance.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Working Conditions :
- The candidate possesses skills in research, negotiation, and effective interaction with clients and vendors.
- They are capable of analysing and abstracting information, as well as sharing knowledge proactively.
- The candidate should be able to navigate and manage tasks related to Microsoft license procurement.
- Prior experience working with large credit unions or financial clients would be an added advantage.
