MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), D- sseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland).
We provide IT & Finance, HR, Media, Strategy, Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day.

Job Description :
Your Responsibilities :
Front-End Development :
- Design and implement user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React.js and Next.js.
- Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability.
Back-End Development :
- Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI.
- Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and database interactions.
- Build secure back-end processes that ensure data is protected using JSON Web Tokens for authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO).
Database Management :
- Design and manage relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or non-relational (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
- Write efficient queries and optimize database performance.
Integration :
- Integrate third-party services, APIs using FastAPI, and tools as needed.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and maintain applications.
Testing and Debugging :
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality.
- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python & Javascript Node.JS is a plus).
- Familiarity with collaborative interface design tools such as Figma.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs & Websocket APIs.
- Basic or advanced knowledge in any cloud platforms (e.g., AWS (preferred), Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
