Senior React Developer (46 Years) GenAI :

Required Skills :

- React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

- HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design

- Zustand/Jotai and Redux

- REST APIs and backend API integration

- Unit Testing using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright

- Git and modern version-control practices

- Generative AI / LLM concepts, including prompt engineering and practical use of AI APIs

- Experience integrating GenAI capabilities into web applications using LLM APIs, AI SDKs, or similar services

Responsibilities :

- Develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of React internals, hooks, rendering lifecycle, and performance optimization.

- Build reusable, maintainable UI components and integrate backend APIs.

- Design and implement GenAI-powered frontend experiences such as AI assistants, intelligent search, summarization, recommendations, or content-generation features.

- Integrate LLM/GenAI services through APIs and build reliable frontend flows for AI-driven features, including loading states, streaming responses, error handling, and user feedback.

- Work with backend teams on AI-related API contracts, data flows, authentication, and secure handling of AI-generated content.

- Apply prompt engineering and context-management techniques to improve the quality, consistency, and usability of GenAI features.

- Contribute to application architecture, code reviews, engineering best practices, and technical documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-focused web applications.

Required :

- 4 to 6 years of professional React development experience.

- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.

- Architecturally sound with experience designing scalable frontend applications.

- Knowledge of frontend security, accessibility, performance optimization, and debugging.

- Hands-on understanding of GenAI/LLM application development and experience integrating AI APIs into production applications.

- Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs, handle edge cases, and design appropriate guardrails and user experiences around AI features.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Design Systems, Storybook, or component libraries.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Webpack/Vite, and frontend monitoring tools such as Sentry or Datadog.

- Knowledge of SSR, code splitting, lazy loading, and modern frontend optimization techniques.

- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or other LLM platforms.

- Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, or tool/function calling.

- Experience with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows.
