MERN Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented MERN Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and full-stack frameworks like Node.js and React.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-quality applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Node.js (backend) and React.js (frontend).

- Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend systems with clean, scalable architectures.

- Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end components and UI features using React.

- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

- Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members.

- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.

- Work in an Agile environment and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

- Strong proficiency and mandatory experience in JavaScript and TypeScript.

- Strong experience with Node.js and related backend technologies.

- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux, and related frontend technologies.

- Experience in building REST APIs and working with microservices architecture.

- Good understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) is a strong advantage.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Jira.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- AWS Certification

- Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Experience working with messaging queues (Kafka/SQS/RabbitMQ).

- Familiarity with UI libraries/frameworks like Material UI, Tailwind, or Bootstrap.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
