MERN Stack Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both backend and frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications, designing robust APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js

- Design, build, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services using Express.js

- Implement responsive and high-performance user interfaces

- Work on microservices-based architecture for modular and scalable systems

- Manage and optimize databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

- Deploy and manage applications using Nginx and PM2

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments

- Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and security issues

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Node.js and Express.js

- Should have 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role

- Solid expertise in React.js and modern frontend development

- Good understanding of REST APIs and backend architecture

- Experience with databases : MS SQL / MySQL / MongoDB

- Familiarity with deployment tools like Nginx and PM2

- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git

- Basic exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP
